Hey everyone, I just finished lunch and have to let you know this was a wonderful culinary experience today. I had an appetizer with gourmet cheeses, fig jam, a
Savoy olive tappanad, and assorted nuts and dried fruits. Next I had a nice and light and flavorful chicken champagne salad and HAD to try Alex’s famous short rib sandwich. I see why it is famous, it melted it my mouth!
Last but not least, the sweet ending….Sara’s (Alex’s wife and also back up singer for Miley Cyrus) decadent chocolate chip cookies. They were heavenly! Alex and Sara came to the table for a great visit.
